Warranty Clerk

New Town Toyota is growing and we're looking for people to grow with us.

An excellent opportunity is available for a Warranty Clerk to join our Service department. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for managing all warranty repair orders (ROs) by preparing, submitting, and following up on claims to ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work.

This is a full-time permanent role.

We are a family owned and operated Toyota dealership in the Perth metro area and have been operating for over 30 years. We're one of Perth's biggest Toyota dealerships, supplying and servicing a large variety of commercial, mining, and private customers. How you will make an impact:

• Collecting, checking, and updating RO details daily to ensure compliance with Toyota guidelines
• Managing claims in the system daily - raising new claims and monitoring progress of existing claims
• Entering payments in the system for warranty reconciliations
• Advising the Service Manager and Workshop Controller when Technician-generated RO errors are identified and assisting to improve the process
• Ensuringdaily admin tasks such as document filing and parts tagging are completed to avoid backlogs

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Ability to work autonomously within a documented process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
