Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and versatile individual to fill the role of a full-time Supervisor with strong Barista skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various aspects of our cafe operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Greet customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area, including brewing equipment, counters, and serving areas.
  • Assist in stocking and replenishing coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
  • RSA
  • Strong passion for coffee and genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional coffee experiences for customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
