Our Head Office in WA is seeking an experienced Account Manager to work closely with our Operations team in WA. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated and driven professional who thrives on taking the lead. As the Account Manager, you will play a critical role in preparing tenders and quotes, presenting confidently to existing and new clients, and driving the success and continued growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Drive sales of Complete Group's wide range of products and services by identifying and implementing effective strategies tailored to specific customer needs.
Business Account Development: Secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet targets, while staying ahead of market trends and events that generate leads.
Tender Management: Prepare, review, and manage tenders, liaise with clients, and complete detailed pricing forms. Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing modifications.
Commercial Negotiations: Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts and customer partnerships.
What You Will Bring:
Prior experience in business-to-business sales, ideally within the Civil / Engineering Construction, or Events/Hire industries.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Sales experience in Events/Hire is highly regarded.
