We are looking for a Site Manager to join the Project Delivery Team based between our Pyrmont Office and your allocated project site. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you will be responsible for your allocated site and the delivery of project milestones.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Site Manager you will be responsible for:
- Coordination and oversight of construction activities on site
- Collaboration with Project Manager and key stakeholders to deliver the Construction Program
- Effective subcontractor management to maximise outcomes
- Monitor quality standards across the site
- Participate in project meetings
- Site Safety performance
- Support HSE and Quality audits as required
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
As the ideal applicant you will possess:
- Significant prior site management experience, ideally in the Industrial and/or multi level tower sector
- Demonstrated understanding of modern building practices and standards
- A commitment to implementing, developing and maintaining safe workplace behaviours
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills
