Join this highly regarded Fortune 500 technology client on a 12-month initial contract with extensions. We are seeking a device focused BDM with ecommerce experience. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week from North Sydney.

The Business Sales Manager will focus on creating, nurturing and optimizing business sale leads, supporting business development alongside the Commercial Lead, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Target clients: SMB and SMC clients.
• KPI: Driving Surface commercial business devices.
• Drive acquisition of new customers via multiple programs – subsidiary relationships, testing new referral models, working with marketing and demand gen teams.
• Optimize retention and upsell amongst existing customers – both programmatically, and via relationships with large and repeat customers.
• Deliver on time fulfilment and excellent customer experiences, which differentiate our store from other vendors and channel partners.
• Be the face of the Store, demonstrating executive maturity and an approach both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of how businesses use technology and the solutions that devices and services can offer.
• Manage the pipeline, performance and optimization of the offshore CSS resources, in partnership with their line managers.
• Manage and track customer and transactional information in MSX (CRM system) and Store Portal.
• Meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
• Lead/leverage a matrix account team of Sales Solution Specialists, Business Development Managers, Marketing, Inside Sales Support and Customer Success Professionals to develop and manage sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships and value.
• Build and manage strategic partner alliances and relationships as part of the fully integrated account and commercial plan.
• Nurture and expand the company's relationship with customer accounts of various sizes and industries.
• Drive customer success by developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customers' business and industry challenges, market competition, competitive issues and products.
• Practice effective, excellent communication with leadership, customers, and extended team and partners.
Requirements:
• University Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years preferred experience in a fast paced, results driven culture, ideally 5 years' experience.
• Strong and seasoned experience in sales or business development.
• Relationship focused and driven providing excellence in service, sales, and marketing.
• Have a love for devices, be a brand evangelist, and have a deep understanding of products.
• Lead by example, take pride in your work, and enjoy helping and developing others while creating fun environments and energizing people through your passion.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high-level attention to detail.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driven to get results.
• Strong people and presentations skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
