Seasonal Retail Team Member - Wollongong

The role is to deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for customers during the seasonal Christmas period, with strong product knowledge, customer service, and the ability to offer solutions. The store should be a shoppable environment, neat and tidy, and set up for promotions and sales with the latest product stocked.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.
  • Ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped by customers.
  • Managing stock movement, optimizing sales, filing and tidying the shopfloor, and setting up the store for promotions and sales.
  • Working with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge and researching and describing product features and benefits.
  • Recommending, selecting, and helping locate products based on customer needs.
  • Supporting the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
  • Reporting safety hazards or concerns to management to ensure a safe place to work and shop.

  • Previous experience in a customer-service role is desirable.
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to serve multiple customers.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and a personable approach with customers.
