Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.

About the Role

Northern Health is thrilled to announce the launch of our innovative Sleep Medicine Service. This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic administrative team leader to join our team and drive the development of administrative team of this new service. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administrative operations of the Department of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine.
  • Support the respiratory function laboratory, sleep laboratory, CPAP program and outpatient clinics and general department with reception and administrative support.
  • Coordinate staff to perform billing of completed testing in accordance with Medicare Australia and National Funding Model requirements
  • Oversee management of accounts payable, stock management and ordering of consumables
  • Oversee the rostering of administrative staff and completion of payroll for the department.
  • Oversee the development of administrative policy and procedure documentation
  • Coordinate departmental meetings
