You will be involved in a wide range of complex enterprise-scale projects in transformation, integration, migration, application development, security, cloud, and more with our Tier 1 clients.

Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (PR). DWS is unable to sponsor or support visas.

Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: up to $170K package (including super), depending on experience.

What You Will Bring:

  1. Significant IT Business Analyst experience as a Techno/Functional consultant in enterprise-scale projects.
  2. Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall environments.
  3. A combination of demonstrated Technical AND Functional business focus in your work as a Business Analyst.
  4. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  5. Desirable: a formal BA qualification such as IIBA CCA, CBAP, or AAC.
  6. Experience working on a broad range of projects with major businesses in different domains: financial services, government, professional services, retail, industrial, supply chain.
  7. Commercial experience applying formal methodologies such as BABOK, Scrum, BPMN.
  8. You thrive in a constantly changing and dynamic work environment.
  9. Excellent people and stakeholder management skills.
  10. A proactive approach with clients and a drive to exceed expectations.
  11. A flexible and adaptable attitude.
