Responsibilities We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to deliver critical business and technology projects while helping to build au DA's long-term business analysis capability.
In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, mentor others, and embed best-practice standards (e.g.
BABOK) to uplift our BA maturity.
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on delivery with practice leadership in a lean, purpose-driven organisation shaping Australia's internet future.
Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) highly desirable.8+ years' experience as a business analyst, including significant exposure to both business and technology projects.
Proven track record of contributing to BA practice leadership, such as through mentoring, framework development, or capability-building initiatives.
Experience with agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to work in a hybrid work environment.
