We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager for our client, a leading company offering technical assistance & consulting services to industrial equipment manufacturers and industrial operators worldwide.

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with all clients. Your main focus will be on database consolidation services, with a particular emphasis on customer outreach, prospect interaction, and account management. You will also be responsible for increasing sales and promoting our turnkey projects, while ensuring compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing and distribution policy to achieve company objectives and targets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  3. Manage market research activities to understand customer needs and preferences.
  4. Represent the business in major client outreach activities, including trade shows, press, networking events.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with key existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for major projects.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
  7. Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001) and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  8. Act as a local representative of the company, establishing relationships with institutional and private partners.
  9. In the course of carrying its functions, enforce the company's environmental policy (ISO 14001) and promote responsible procurement practices, such as using recyclable materials and monitoring energy and water consumption.

Qualifications:

  1. Relevant Bachelors or Masters degree comparable to an AQF Qualification.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing-related role, with at least 2 years as a Sales and Marketing Manager.
  3. Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
