Join our collaborative team of passionate professionals dedicated to delivering best-in-class initiatives. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Brand Manager with strong organizational skills to join us.
Based in Rhodes, this role offers exposure to all elements of the marketing mix, from developing brand strategy to execution across communications and new product development (NPD). Responsibilities include innovation and renovation stage gating, campaign development, brand planning, monitoring performance (sales, market share, competitive reviews), and managing budgets.
A Day in the Life…
- Support the execution of brand plans
- Assist with innovation and renovation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet key go-to-market milestones
- Develop and execute communication plans or brand activation initiatives with key agency partners
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales volumes, market share trends, and competitor activity
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, trade activation, supply chain, finance), agency partners, and regional marketing contacts
- Support the marketing team on key projects
- Manage purchase orders, budgets, and tracking/reporting
- Prepare materials and samples for customer reviews and go-to-market administration
What Will Make You Successful:
- Degree qualified in Commerce, Business, or Marketing, with at least 2 years' experience in FMCG sales and/or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong project management abilities; digital experience is a plus
- A self-starter with initiative, able to identify and engage the right resources to solve problems
- A passion for brands and marketing, with a natural curiosity to learn and grow
- Commercial acumen, with experience in NPD and scan data analysis (e.g., Nielsen, Aztec) valued
- Results-focused, with the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects
