Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

About the Role

We're working with a fast-scaling eCommerce brand that's redefining what it means to deliver high-performing, customer-first marketing in the DTC space. With a focus on comfort, creativity, and sustainability, this brand is on a mission to grow globally—and they're now looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Campagin Manager to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker with strong commercial acumen. You'll lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to launch, working cross-functionally to drive customer growth and ROI—while still championing the brand's unique voice.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own campaign strategy – Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they're on-brand and performance-focused - managing $10m-$12m annual budgets
  • Fuel growth – Contribute to strategies that attract new customers and retain loyal ones, with a focus on driving long-term brand and business value.
  • Shape creative direction – Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling visuals and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Oversee production workflows – Coordinate timelines, approvals, and delivery across various creative formats, including photo, video, and digital.
  • Manage budgets with intent – Allocate and track spend across campaigns, keeping efficiency and ROI top of mind.
  • Track what matters – Monitor key metrics using platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics, reporting on what's working and where to optimise.
  • Work across the business – Partner with digital, product, creative, and external teams to ensure smooth and effective campaign rollouts.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced eCommerce brand
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing creative, data-driven digital campaigns.
  • Comfortable interpreting performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and familiar with creative tools such as Figma.
