What we're looking for in a Store Manager and Part Time Team Leads
  • People who thrive in a fun, high-energy environment.
  • Customer service legends who can make every guest feel like the main character.
  • Hospitality or retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • A hands-on approach – you're not afraid to jump in
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts
  • Drive daily operations, ensuring high standards in service, quality, and cleanliness
  • Manage rosters, stock, and budgets to keep the store running smoothly
  • Deliver sales growth and hit KPIs while keeping things fun and vibrant
