The Dealer Services team supports our B2B customers by delivering expert guidance and technical assistance to Dealers, Performance Managers, and BDMs. We ensure every interaction is smooth, informed, and impactful.

Job Description
What you'll do :
As a DST Specialist, you'll provide support via phone, email, and LiveChat across all product verticals.
- Support B2B customers including Dealers, Performance Managers, and BDMs.
- Act as the first contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalation.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate internally to resolve complex issues and ensure follow-up.
- Deliver professional, empathetic customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Educate customers on platform features, updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
What we're looking for :
- Experience in customer support or client service, preferably in B2B.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for general and technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
