Lead a Team of Educators

We are looking for a passionate and impactful leader who is committed to quality care. As our Centre Manager, you will lead a team of educators to deliver exceptional learning environments and empower them to nurture children's independence and curiosity.

You will build strong connections with families and support teams through open communication. Your role will also involve creating a joyful and caring space that promotes meaningful growth for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Learning Environments: Lead a team of educators to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences that cater to the needs of children.
  • Nurture Children's Independence and Curiosity: Empower educators to foster a love for learning and promote children's independence and curiosity.
  • Build Strong Connections with Families: Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and involving them in decision-making processes.
  • Create a Joyful and Caring Space: Design and maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education: Hold a recognized qualification in early childhood education, such as a Diploma or degree.
  • Working with Children Check: Possess a current Working with Children Check clearance.
  • Relevant Certifications: Hold relevant certifications, such as first aid or CPR training.
