The Role

  • Lead the design and delivery of forward-thinking people strategies that boost organisational performance and help our teams do their best work, every day.
  • Drive organisational design, strategic workforce planning and employee experience initiatives that keep us agile in a fast-moving retail environment.
  • Simplify complexity by building clear, scalable frameworks that support how we grow and how we work together.
  • Craft a standout employee value proposition that attracts, engages, and retains exceptional talent.
  • Lead with care, clarity, and ambition, bringing our values to life and empowering your team to thrive and grow.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in organisational development, workforce planning and employee experience.
  • Proven success in leading organisational change and people strategy in large or complex organisations.
  • Deep understanding of HR lifecycle models, engagement principles, and OD practices.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence at senior levels.
