The Role Lead the design and delivery of forward-thinking people strategies that boost organisational performance and help our teams do their best work, every day.
Drive organisational design, strategic workforce planning and employee experience initiatives that keep us agile in a fast-moving retail environment.
Simplify complexity by building clear, scalable frameworks that support how we grow and how we work together.
Craft a standout employee value proposition that attracts, engages, and retains exceptional talent.
Lead with care, clarity, and ambition, bringing our values to life and empowering your team to thrive and grow.
Experience Extensive experience in organisational development, workforce planning and employee experience.
Proven success in leading organisational change and people strategy in large or complex organisations.
Deep understanding of HR lifecycle models, engagement principles, and OD practices.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence at senior levels.
