We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed-term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
We are seeking experienced, dedicated and passionate School Officers to join our team and project their vibrancy into our office setting.
Suitable applicants should ideally have excellent customer service, meet deadlines and work well within a team environment. Suitable applicants will ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service. Ideally, suitable applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with the Principal, Manager Corporate Services, teachers, students and our school community. The successful applicant would also ideally have the skills to competently work independently without supervision, and an excellent focus on teamwork and communication.

Eligibility
To work with us, you must:
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.

- Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks
- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and/or preparing financial returns
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
