We are seeking applications from individuals interested in Commercial Cleaning based in Newman, WA
Your responsibilities:
Clean offices, residential complexes, hospitals, schools, industrial work areas, industrial machines, construction sites and other commercial premises using heavy duty cleaning equipment. Your tasks will include but not limited to;
Ø Vacuuming carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture
Ø Sweeping, mopping, waxing and polishing tiled, vinyl, timber and concrete floors
Ø Tidying rooms, emptying bin liners and removing refuse and recyclable material
Ø Cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing kitchens, bathrooms and toilets
Ø Dusting, cleaning and polishing furniture and other homewares
Ø Cleaning windows and other glass surfaces
Ø Tidy up entry and exit areas
Requirements
Ø Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience (domestic cleaning experience also considered)
Ø Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
Ø Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ø Own reliable transport to travel between cleaning sites
Ø Excellent communication skills and be friendly
Ø Must be physically fit
Ø Be an Australian Citizen or have a valid work visa
Ø Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
