Job details
We're looking for a passionate HR professional to join our People and Culture team and contribute to a supportive and values driven workplace.
In this key support role, you'll assist with a range of administrative tasks and provide employees with clear, timely advice on policies and processes—ensuring they feel informed and supported. You'll also play a key role in supporting core People & Culture functions, with a particular focus on recruitment, reporting and payroll, helping to deliver efficient, people-centred services across the employee lifecycle.
If you're proactive, people focused and pride yourself on attention to detail– we'd love to hear from you.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with HR software and systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on creating effective solutions that benefit both employees and the organisation.
- An enthusiasm for fostering a positive workplace culture through active participation in team initiatives and employee engagement activities.
If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
- A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
- A current Victorian Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)
- A current Driver's Licence (Car).
The salary for this position relates to PACCT 5 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
