What is Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)?

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a national employment program led by Endeavour Foundation that empowers people with intellectual disability to prepare for, gain and sustain meaningful open employment. It focuses on person-centred support, employer engagement, and creating lasting inclusion in the workforce.

About the Role

As an Area Manager – IEA, you will lead the successful delivery of the IEA program across a defined regional footprint, driving employment outcomes and ensuring Endeavour Foundation is the provider of choice for participants, employers, and community partners.

This role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You'll lead a high-performing team to meet contract targets, grow employer partnerships, and embed a culture of safety, innovation, and person-centred practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a regional team to deliver high-quality, person-centred employment support.
  • Manage performance against caseload, revenue, and service delivery KPIs.
  • Build and grow strategic employer and community partnerships to drive inclusive employment.
  • Ensure contract compliance, financial sustainability, and continuous service improvement.
  • Champion Endeavour Foundation's values and lead with purpose, safety, and impact.

About You

You're a values-led, performance-driven leader who thrives on purpose, growth, and impact. You bring:

  • Proven leadership in employment, disability or community services.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and contract management.
  • Experience building employer networks and community partnerships.
  • Ability to lead teams through change while maintaining high performance.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, human services or related fields (highly desirable).
