What you'll be doing
  • Converting inbound leads into sales through a professional, high-energy approach
  • Delivering outstanding showroom experiences that build trust and excitement
  • Staying on top of your follow-up, CRM notes, and enquiry management
  • Collaborating with our finance and marketing teams to maximise opportunity
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of the Chery product range and current offers
  • Taking pride in your presentation and helping set the standard in our showroom
What we're looking for
  • Automotive sales experience preferred but not essential – we value attitude and drive
  • Strong communication skills and natural confidence with customers
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • Coachable, open-minded, and eager to learn and grow
  • Committed to delivering a five-star customer experience
  • A team player who contributes to a positive culture
