- Automotive sales experience preferred but not essential – we value attitude and drive
- Strong communication skills and natural confidence with customers
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Coachable, open-minded, and eager to learn and grow
- Committed to delivering a five-star customer experience
