The Role

We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As the Multimedia Lead, you'll be the creative force behind planning, producing, and delivering high-impact content, think videos, animations, infographics, and interactive assets, for both Member Education and B2B audiences. You'll work closely with internal teams to turn ideas and briefs into compelling visual stories that align with strategic goals. From writing, filming, editing, designing and producing, you'll ensure every piece is clear, engaging, and on-brand. You'll manage production timelines, coordinate with external vendors when needed, and build strong relationships across departments to gather insights and feedback. You'll also take ownership of our education content library, keeping it fresh, accessible, and aligned with evolving business priorities.

This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

About You

It goes without saying you\'ll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We\'ll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It\'s quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

• You\'ve got strong experience in marketing, design, content, and video are your playground.
• You\'re skilled in multimedia creation – video production, animation and graphic design.
• You write and edit with clarity and impact across digital channels.
• You\'re confident managing content projects end-to-end.
• You build strong relationships and communicate with ease across teams.
• You\'re proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
• You hold a degree in Arts or Business (Marketing).
• Bonus if you\'ve worked in education, financial services, or B2B, and understand accessibility and content systems.
