About the Role

Join the Bairnsdale team as a Field Officer driving the baby leaf and vegetable supply plan. This role ensures raw materials remain available, competitive, and aligned with operational needs.

A Day in the Life
  • Coordinate vegetable and baby leaf supply from growing regions to meet sales orders and dispatch schedules, optimising gross margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with suppliers to drive sustainability, competitiveness, and innovation across the produce portfolio.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing facilities, business partners, and customers to exceed expectations.
  • Review the supplier landscape and implement strategies to strengthen competitiveness and create value for grower partners.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent, or relevant experience in produce supply chains, particularly baby leaf and vegetables.
  • Strong commercial acumen and supplier engagement experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for the produce industry and commitment to delivering results.
