The Opportunity :

As a Retail Assistant at Sephora, you will serve as a Beauty Advisor, inspiring and assisting customers to become the best version of themselves. You will work across various departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness. Initial onboarding and continuous training through our online platform and field trainers will support your development.   • Are open to participating in cross-training and in-store beauty expert sessions for continuous learning.
  • Have a passion for sharing your knowledge with your team and customers.
  • Have previous sales experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships.

Please note that each store has its own specific needs. As our busiest days are Thursday to Sunday, the ideal candidate will be available for three full days, including late nights and weekends.
