
Operations/Client Manager

Role: We're looking for an Operations/Client Manager who thrives in a varied role that blends operational oversight, client support, and project delivery. You'll be central to the smooth running of business processes, managing client-facing initiatives, and overseeing events alongside the team.
Responsibilities- Manage daily business processes
- Oversee client contracts and follow-up actions
- Gather requirements for new client installations, review data, and chase corrections
- Manage and complete data entry for client onboarding and setups with the team, ensuring accuracy
- Check and authenticate new client platforms are completed correctly and ready for client handover
- Coordinate client onboarding and Go Live with senior trainer and plan/manage client success support post onboard
- Provide low-level client troubleshooting solutions and manage day-to-day support with the team
- Log tasks with our developers and see tasks through to completion alongside the team
- Merchandise management and distribution
- Lead and make decisions for conferences and product days alongside the team
- Run product and training webinars for clients
- Manage "Too Hard" tasks with initiative
- Experience in operations, client or account management (software/SaaS highly regarded)
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confidence in juggling a wide variety of tasks and priorities
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Ability and experience running product and training webinars
- Brilliant verbal and written communication, and great interpersonal skills
- Genuine desire to assist clients achieve positive user experiences with software
- A love for working as part of a team and prioritising team culture
- Natural ability to listen to clients, empathise and understand their concerns
