Overview

People & Culture Business Partner

Melbourne or Geelong based teams, hybrid and flexible.

TRP $112 – $126k (incl. super) + NFP salary packaging benefits

Full time ongoing – part time & job share considered

What you'll do
  • Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives that align with business goals
  • Provide trusted advice on people management, ER matters, and leadership capability
  • Support culture, engagement, workforce planning, and change projects
  • Analyse P&C data and share insights to drive improvement

What you'll bring
  • A HR, Business or other related qualification
  • Strong ER knowledge with the ability to coach and support leaders as a HR generalist
  • A collaborative approach with excellent relationship-building skills
  • A passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and empowering others
