We are seeking a proactive and strategic Technology Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our technology leaders, owning the full recruitment life cycle for tech roles while shaping hiring strategies that attract high-performing talent. You'll play a critical role in scaling our tech teams with quality, speed, and a strong focus on candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Data, Product, Infrastructure, and other tech functions to understand team needs, technical requirements, and cultural fit.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
  • Provide advisory support on hiring strategy, including market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices for inclusive hiring.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, and tech communities.
  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, attending tech events or supporting content creation where relevant.
Who are you?
  • 2+ years' experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Ability to come into the office 5 days a week.
  • Strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, data, product, etc.).
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident with direct sourcing strategies and modern talent tools.
  • Passionate about candidate experience, inclusive hiring, and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve processes.
