At Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA), we pride ourselves on delivering world-class equipment and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant who's organised, professional, and ready to keep our branch running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional welcome
  • Answering and directing calls with efficiency and care
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the team
  • Maintaining reception and office areas to a high standard
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail

What we're looking for:

  • Current drivers licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A friendly, professional, and proactive approach
  • Previous admin/reception experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within an administration/clerical role. Experience in a mechanical service type business is desirable.
  • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft office suite including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint and Word,
  • Previous experience in a fast pace working environment.
  • Proven experience with dealing with both internal and external customers.
