DMC Tax is an accounting office located in Mawson Lakes. We pride ourselves on providing personalised and professional tax services to a broad range of individual clients in a friendly, down to earth environment.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a organised Receptionist to be the friendly face of our office and support the smooth operation of our day to day tasks. This is an on-site role, if you're personable, reliable, and enjoy working directly with clients, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

·Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

·Answer and direct phone calls and emails efficiently

·Manage appointment scheduling and bookings

·Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files and requests

·Maintain a clean and organised reception area

·Provide general administrative support to accountants and management

·Electronic filing, data entry, document preparation, and scanning
