Overview

Public Sector People on behalf of The Hills Shire Council are recruiting an experienced Senior Systems Analyst. This role blends technical expertise with collaboration and leadership in a values-led organisation committed to honesty, integrity, loyalty, leadership, and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing, maintaining, and supporting Technology One Ci Anywhere system modules
  • Providing technical support, advice, and problem-solving on Property and Rating and Technology One systems
  • Undertaking system testing for upgrades or new software releases
  • Delivering business analysis services, translating processes into technical solutions
  • Managing integration work between multiple systems
  • Communicating effectively with business users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless technology solutions
  • Producing clear, comprehensive documentation to support knowledge sharing across teams
What You'll Bring
  • Experience with Technology One and Property and Rating Systems
  • Strong Microsoft SQL skills, including databases, queries, and data analytics
  • Proven technical expertise in business analysis, system integration, and process translation
  • Experience with Power BI or SSRS reporting tools
  • Knowledge of ECM administration and ETL processes
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
