
Intensive Tenancy Manager

Join Anglicare's Housing team to manage tenancies across our social and affordable housing portfolio. You'll lead complex cases, ensure compliance with tenancy legislation, and deliver high-quality customer service that supports tenant wellbeing and community connection. This role will be located in the Illawarra / Shoalhaven region with required travel across South / West Sydney.
What You'll Do
- Manage tenancy agreements, rent processes, and eligibility screening
- Support tenants through onboarding, needs assessments, and referrals
- Oversee property inspections and maintenance coordination
- Maintain compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and internal policies
- Collaborate with asset and support teams to improve resident outcomes
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in tenancy legislation, property systems, and reporting
- 5+ years' experience in tenancy or housing management
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related fields (desirable)
- Current driver's licence required
