Job Description

The Senior Account Executive aims to be a trusted business partner to our radio ratings clients in Australia, supporting their business needs. They will serve as the face of our company and its media solutions, providing client training and support, assisting with contract negotiations, and conducting data quality checks.

This position is a fixed-term maternity cover, lasting 12-13 months.

Responsibilities

  1. Act as a valued partner to our clients
  2. Become an expert in the market
  3. Ensure effective onboarding and training for new clients
  4. Educate clients on relevant features and functionalities
  5. Liaise directly with the industry on survey-related collateral
  6. Perform final quality checks for the GfK Radio Ratings seal of quality
  7. Develop fact-based answers to complex business questions
  8. Help improve renewal rates by demonstrating business value

Qualifications

  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in media/radio industry
  • Excellent language skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a client-centric approach
  • Proactive engagement with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to analyze and address real-world business problems
  • Results-driven with attention to detail
  • Eager to learn, open-minded, team-oriented, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
