With a dedicated team in place and a consistent calendar of events, they are now seeking an experienced Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and continue delivering the high standards the venue is known for.

Compensation

This range is provided by Woods & Co. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

A$90,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr

What you'll be doing
  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Maintain compliance with liquor licensing and other regulations
  • Manage rosters, budgets, and operational targets
  • Oversee VIP services, events, and promotional activities
  • Ensure the venue is well-presented and maintained at all times
  • Foster strong relationships with promoters, suppliers, and key stakeholders
What you need
  • 2+ years' experience in hospitality management (nightlife preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in budget management and operational success
  • Experience with POS, booking, and inventory systems
  • Victorian RSA and relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, Food Safety)
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
