SRG Global has an immediate full-time career opportunity for suitably experienced NDT technicians to work on site in the South-west of Western Australia. This role will offer the right candidate :

The role involves working alongside other SRG operational teams onsite, as well as liaising with supervision, both internally and client based.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work safety and efficiency as part of a team.
  • Seek and drive continuous improvement.
  • Carry out NDT and Inspection activities as per standard, company procedures, and written instructions, analysing results against the required acceptance criteria.
  • Liaise with clients and provide clear and concise results and information as required.
  • Prepare and compile worksheets and reports.
  • Provide assistance (non-NDT) to engineering and metallurgy staff where required.
  • Carry out regular, cleaning, maintenance, and calibration on all SRG equipment.

About you :

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant industry experience with experience in Alumina refineries advantageous.
  • ISO 9712 Leve 2 certification in MT, PT, UT, RT, ET or a combination of
  • Well developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to use programs to compile reports.
  • Ability to read and understand standards, procedures and drawings relating to inspection tasks,
  • Ability to work and contribute as part of a team.
