Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) professional to join our team. As an NDT Technician, you will be responsible for performing NDT across various industry sectors, applying both conventional and advanced methods.

You will operate independently or within larger teams on short-term assignments, shutdowns, major projects or maintenance campaigns. Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and providing clear, concise and relevant findings is also a key aspect of this role.

The successful candidate will support engineering and metallurgical teams where and when required in non-NDT tasks. You will always maintain a commitment to quality assurance and safe working practices.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform NDT across various industry sectors, applying both conventional and advanced methods
    • Operate independently or within larger teams on short-term assignments, shutdowns, major projects or maintenance campaigns
    • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide clear, concise and relevant findings
    • Support engineering and metallurgical teams where and when required in non-NDT tasks
    • Maintain a commitment to quality assurance and safe working practices

Requirements:

  • ISO 9712 Certification: MT, PT, UT, RT, ET or PAUT (any combination - multiple levels preferred)
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work FIFO/DIDO rosters, with occasional interstate or overseas travel
  • Teamwork: A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol screen
