Responsibilities
  • Research and build your market and become an expert in your vertical market
  • Create a solid lead base of prospective candidate and clients and build relationships and grow your network within your market, managing the full 360 recruitment process
  • A phone-based role giving advice and delivering solutions according to your clients' needs
  • Manage the application and interview process using best practice interview tools and templates
  • Generate revenue in line with Opus sales targets
  • A drive and passion to succeed with a competitive and ambitious mind-set
  • Have some face to face or tele sales experience
  • Bundles of energy and enthusiasm
  • Be a strong team player and work closely with your counterpart to dominate your market
  • Good understanding of Opus Talent Solutions, our brands (Opus Recruitment Solutions, JD Ross Energy, _Nology) and our markets
About You
  • Experience in a phone-based sales role
  • A commitment and drive to succeed
  • Ability to work in a KPI and target driven environment
  • Strong communication skills
