Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify, call and meet with potential clients. Develop ongoing relationships.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Management: Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Interview and support candidates through the recruitment process by preparing them, arranging interviews, and providing updates.
  • Client Support: Conduct calls and meetings to understand client needs and deliver high-quality advice and service.
  • Recruitment Support: Manage job ads, applications, and candidate communication. Shortlist candidates and liaise with clients on suitability. Coordinate interview processes, offers, and feedback.
  • Team Contribution: Collaborate with colleagues across divisions, share insights, and contribute positively to the team environment.
Required Experience
  • A recently completed or near-completed Degree (Commerce, Business, Psychology, Arts) – ideal but not essential
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or administration (recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people at all levels
  • Proactive, positive attitude with willingness to learn and take on feedback
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
