Responsibilities

- Research and build your market and become an expert in your vertical market

- Create a solid lead base of prospective candidate and clients and build relationships and grow your network within your market, managing the full 360 recruitment process

- A phone-based role giving advice and delivering solutions according to your clients' needs

- Manage the application and interview process using best practice interview tools and templates

- Generate revenue in line with Opus sales targets

- A drive and passion to succeed with a competitive and ambitious mind-set

- Have some face to face or tele sales experience

- Bundles of energy and enthusiasm

- Be a strong team player and work closely with your counterpart to dominate your market

- Good understanding of Opus Talent Solutions, our brands (Opus Recruitment Solutions, JD Ross Energy, _Nology) and our markets

About You

- Experience in a phone-based sales role

- A commitment and drive to succeed

- Ability to work in a KPI and target driven environment

- Strong communication skills
