A Day in the Life

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, collaborative problem-solving, and innovative learning design. You'll craft comprehensive training programs, engage with cross-functional teams, and create learning experiences that empower our delivery services professionals to excel.

This role is 12 months contract

Key job responsibilities

Design and Implement Strategic Learning Initiatives: Develop comprehensive training programs that support employee development and business objectives

Manage Change and Communication: Lead programmatic changes from conception to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment

Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze training data, track skill progression, and recommend innovative learning strategies

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with managers and teams to standardize training methodologies and best practices

Create Impactful Learning Content: Develop multi-media instructional materials that engage and educate our workforce

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Proven experience in program and project management

Strong expertise in instructional design and training strategy development

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization

Experience managing remote teams and online support

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in organizational development or related field

Knowledge of adult learning theory and human performance improvement

Technical skills in Unix, SQL, and database administration

Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts

Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams
