We're seeking a Product Manager to design, develop, and lead the strategy and roadmap for the lounges experience product portfolio, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. You'll analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and align initiatives with commercial priorities and customer needs. You'll drive innovation, strategic alignment, and customer-focused enhancements.

Responsibilities- Shape the future of our product portfolio by leading strategy, innovation, and customer-focused enhancements.
- Drive real commercial impact with responsibility for budgets, supplier negotiations, and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Influence at a senior level by advising leaders across the Qantas Group on product, customer experience, and strategic decisions.
- Permanent role, based at Mascot Campus.
- 5–10 years' relevant experience in product management, supplier/partner management or commercial management, with deep expertise in the airline industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven product management capability, including strategic thinking, customer-centric design, insights and research, prioritisation, and problem-solving.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, driver model management, and supplier/partner negotiations.
- Skilled in operational management with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver strategic outcomes within a complex airline environment.
- Proficient in frameworks and methodologies including Agile, Human Centred Design, Jobs to be Done, and Business Model Canvas.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities effectively.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially focused, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
