Responsibilities
  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to maintenance
  • Work across the stack to contribute to the development of microservices, SDKs and front-end integrations
  • Work to build/maintain automation tests and testing infrastructure
  • Drive Quality practices for the development team(s)
  • Contribute to product improvements based on Quality concerns i.e. tranquillity and customer feedback
  • Participate in an on-call roster
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience developing in a full stack environment
  • Experience with AWS (CloudFormation, CDK, Lambda, AppSync and etc) in medium to large-scale cloud-based environments
  • Deep knowledge of TypeScript
  • Experience implementing and maintaining unit, integration and system tests
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and scripting such as bash
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points
  • Experience building and maintaining desktop software
  • Experience with SOC 2 compliance
  • Experience developing with security APIs and technologies (e.g. web crypto)
  • Experience with C++ or Rust
  • Experience with Electron and/or Browser Extensions development
