Overview

We're looking for a Supply Planner who takes ownership and drives results. You'll be a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly by anticipating challenges, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and delivering solutions that make a real difference.

What You Will Do
  • Forecast Evaluation Review and assess supply and demand forecasts to ensure alignment with operational needs and business goals
  • Tender Management Collaborate closely with procurement to plan and execute tenders efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Purchase Order Management Generate and issue purchase orders promptly to support procurement activities and maintain supply continuity
  • Order Receipting & Invoice Reconciliation Accurately process purchase order receipts and match with supplier invoices to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial integrity
  • Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with commercial teams to share critical information on stock levels, re-supply dates and other data to support commercial initiatives and customer satisfaction
  • Inventory Management Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet future demand and minimise stockouts or excess
  • Risk Mitigation Develop and implement robust contingency plans to proactively address potential supply chain risks and disruptions
  • Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with company and quality standards, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, policies and procedures
What You Must Have
  • Education Tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics Management, Manufacturing Operations or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Organisational & Logistics Skills Exceptional organisational skills with a strong focus on logistics management and operational efficiency
  • Data Analysis Proficient in analysing complex data sets to produce clear, concise and fact-based reports and actionable insights
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functions to achieve common goals
  • Customer-Centric Approach A strong commitment to prioritising customer needs and delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint
  • Flexibility & Adaptability Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adjust seamlessly to changing priorities
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear, effective interactions at all levels
  • Negotiation Expertise Skilled negotiator capable of securing favourable outcomes while maintaining positive supplier and stakeholder relationships
  • Problem-Solving Proven ability to identify challenges quickly and develop practical, effective solutions
  • Attention to Detail Meticulous approach ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and responsibilities
  • Systems Proficiency Advanced user of SAP, Excel and other planning, purchasing and logistics software essential for efficient operations
  • Industry Experience Solid prior experience in Supply Chain and Logistics within a manufacturing environment, understanding the unique challenges and demands
