Overview of the roleThis is a great opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to lead the implementation of sustainable procurement initiatives into procurement policy, frameworks, and processes and govern the supplier management framework.
Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of sustainable procurement initiatives.
- Govern the supplier management framework.
- Facilitate and coordinate SMF activities through the procurement platform across function and business.
- Report procurement activities to relevant committees and senior leadership.
- Degree in business, commerce, engineering or related field - Mandatory.
- Procurement/supply chain related qualification - Desired.
- 5+ years of procurement experience across multiple industry sectors (desirable).
- Experience in supplier sustainability and governance principles (highly desirable).
- Project management and change management experience.
- Permanent - Full-time
