Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing complex spend across multiple categories, ensuring maximum cost efficiency and value for the business.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in procurement and supplier management, with a strong background in managing complex spend and working with suppliers from across the globe.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing suppliers, while actively identifying new sourcing opportunities to enhance procurement strategies.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and service.
- Spend Management: Oversee complex spend across multiple categories, including critical and direct spend, to maximize cost efficiency and value.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives that drive efficiencies and improve supply chain performance.
The successful candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities. You will also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
