About your role:
As a rapidly growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multi-disciplinary team providing supports to NDIS participants.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist who wants to work for a company where professional development and career progression is a reality. You'll bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
- Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
- Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
