Clarke Energy Australia is seeking a proactive and organised Commercial and Legal Administrator to join our Commercial team and support the smooth execution and management of commercial contracts, registers and legal documentation.
About the Role Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel , this role is key to supporting the Commercial and Legal teams through high-quality administrative coordination.
You'll manage legal registers, assist with document execution, and help ensure timely delivery of legal services across the business.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Commercial and Legal team, including document formatting, filing, and execution via Docu Sign.
