Pharmacist (Rotational) – Limited Term Full Time (until March 2026)

What You Will Be DoingExciting opportunity for a Grade 1 or Grade 2 Rotational Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. You'll deliver safe, effective, and connected care across acute, sub-acute, mental health, and community health services. The role includes clinical service delivery, medication supply, and education, with rotation through diverse areas. Grade 2 applicants may take on additional responsibilities in specialised practice and education. This is a rotational role, and the successful candidate will participate in rotations to different sites, including The Mornington Centre, Golf Links Road, and Rosebud Hospital.
What You Need- Full Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA) registration with no restrictions to the scope of practice, or an appropriate pharmaceutical qualification eligible for the registration.
- Demonstrate adequate level of clinical knowledge of current drug usage, interactions and counselling.
- Demonstrate highly developed communication and liaison skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team.
- Recent hospital pharmacy experience working as a clinical pharmacist (desirable).
- Salary range: A$135, A$165,000.00.
