Overview

As the Workplace Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing a more personal and engaging level of service at every touchpoint in the building, by being hospitable and forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with users through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls
  • Manage meeting room bookings and catering requests
  • Coordinate with IT and Global Corporate Services teams
  • Maintain office areas and conference rooms
  • Greet and assist guests
  • Handle administrative tasks and support events
What we\'re looking for
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or corporate reception
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Background in financial/investment services or 4-5 star hospitality is a plus
