  • Community nursing and clinical care

What We Are Looking For
  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services
  • Demonstrated experience in providing person-centred support to individuals with a range of disabilities
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families
  • A genuine passion for empowering individuals with disabilities and a commitment to their wellbeing
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle the diverse needs of clients
  • A valid driver\'s licence and reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care Support – Assist participants with daily living activities including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Medication Assistance – Support with safe administration of medications as per care plans and guidelines.
  • Meal Preparation & Assistance – Help with planning, preparing, and serving meals, while respecting dietary needs and preferences.
  • Community Access – Accompany participants to appointments, recreational activities, shopping, and social outings to encourage independence and community participation.
  • Transport & Mobility Support – Provide safe transport and mobility assistance, ensuring participants can access services and activities.
  • Emotional & Social Support – Build positive relationships, provide companionship, and promote inclusion and wellbeing in both home and community settings.
